About
About NFAHS
We exist to transform healthcare access across Africa by organizing capital, building infrastructure, and training the workforce that systems require to endure.

Mission
To transform healthcare access by building modern medical complexes and training institutions in underserved regions across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Vision
A future where every African has access to quality, dignified, locally-delivered care — and where the workforce that provides it is trained at home.
Values
Transparency, scale, sustainability, community ownership, and uncompromising clinical standards.
Why we exist
A new framework — because the old one isn't working at scale.
For decades, African healthcare has been built on a patchwork of donor cycles, fragmented projects, and short-term interventions. Outcomes have improved — but slowly, unevenly, and with persistent gaps between cities and rural areas, between countries, between income groups.
NFAHS exists to change the unit of action: from individual projects to structured, long-term capital. From short grant cycles to institutions that compound. From foreign-led delivery to African ownership.
The problem, as our founders put it, is not money. It is how to structure capital so that the dollars contributed today still build something twenty years from now.
Join us in building Africa's healthcare future.
Whether you contribute $100 or $1 million — every pledge brings the first hospital closer to opening its doors.
