The Fund

How the Fund Works

A step-by-step view of how a $100 contribution becomes a built-and-operating piece of healthcare infrastructure.

  1. 01

    Pledge or invest

Diaspora contributors, individuals, institutions, and partners commit capital — minimum entry $100, with no upper bound.

  2. 02

    Pool & structure

Pledges flow into a regulated, professionally-managed investment vehicle with independent oversight and segregated accounting.

  3. 03

    Allocate to projects

The Investment Committee approves capital deployment to specific hospital, training, and community-clinic projects against pre-published criteria.

  4. 04

    Build & operate

NFAHS operating teams (or partner operators) build, equip, staff, and run each facility under shared clinical and operational standards.

  5. 05

    Generate revenue

Patient services, insurance reimbursements, training tuition, and PPP arrangements generate recurring revenue.

  6. 06

    Reinvest & scale

Surpluses are reinvested into new projects. Contributors receive transparent reporting on outcomes and financials.
