12%Faculty recruitment, curriculum development, scholarships, and continuing education.
Reserves & contingency
8%Strategic reserves for unforeseen costs, currency exposure, and resilience.
Fund management & overhead
5%Audited operating expenses of the fund itself — capped and disclosed annually.
